Welcome to the HMH Pharmacy Challenge!

The HMH Pharmacy Foundation Committee is happy to announce our first Pharmacy Innovation Lab (P.I.L.) Challenge for HMH Pharmacy Team Members. We are excited to announce a collaboration with the Pharmacy Foundation and Innovation and Commercialization Teams to launch the first P.I.L challenge.  By sharing your  ideas in areas related to pharmacy care, we can advance Pharmacy Practice by bringing them to life.  This collaboration allows the Pharmacy Foundation to leverage both Pharmacy Foundation and Bear’s Den  resources and  support to test and potentially scale your ideas.  No idea is too big or too small for the P.I.L. challenge!

We know we have many talented pharmacy team members with innovative ideas that can solve problems or seize opportunities to help patients, our pharmacy teams, and HMH. You probably share great, innovative ideas with your peers every day! We are excited to give you an opportunity to share them directly with Pharmacy leaders and fellow pharmacy team members who may be able to help bring your ideas to life! 

Some areas of pharmacy care innovation for your consideration include, but are not limited to: Improving Patient Satisfaction, Education, or Communication. Improving Quality, Safety, Clinical Pharmacy Care, Pharmacy Workflow or Operational Efficiencies. Enhancing MedsToBeds Services, Pharmacy Practice Advancement, New Revenue or Cost Savings Opportunities, or Improving Medication Compliance and Adherence.
